The staff at the counter was very attentive when explaining the procedures at pick-up. We found the car was almost new with just 1,945 kilometers. At drop-off, we arrived at 8:00 PM, and there was someone on duty. We mentioned that we had filled the tank and cleaned the car. He asked, 'Are you satisfied?' We replied, 'Very much.' He then waved his hand and said, 'OK, goodbye.' It was that simple.

Fast and efficient service with a warm and friendly attitude. We arrived almost 3 hours early and were able to temporarily store our luggage at the store. They balance principles with a human touch. The frozen credit card amount was released just 8 hours after returning the car, which is a practice worth learning for other rental companies.

Overall quite good, but some staff are too slow. The rental process went smoothly, as I'm an experienced user. Got a free upgrade to an Audi, but the built-in rearview mirror of the electric version is rather useless.

Excellent car rental company. Our train was canceled, making us 3 hours late for the pick-up time. Our phone had no signal, so we had to ask QEEQ for help. Thanks to QEEQ and Europcar, not only were we able to reschedule the pick-up, but they also proactively upgraded us to an automatic car. A very pleasant first overseas car rental experience!
