When picking up the car, no staff guided us to the parking spot. They just told us where the car was parked and left us to find it ourselves. We had a one-day rental due to catching a flight and returned the car at a different location. All the damages were old, and they even drove the car away before I could take photos for proof, just because we didn't buy their full insurance? Your shamelessness is indeed impressive!
