The efficiency was quite high. There was a $12 delivery fee that wasn't mentioned to me, but the car was brought over when I went downstairs, and I just handed the car to the service staff when returning it, which was convenient. $12 isn't expensive.

Originally booked a Chrysler 300, but was told at Newark Airport that it wasn't available, and that there's no guarantee it will be! Later, they offered a choice between a Cadillac XTS and a Chevrolet Impala of the same grade. Considering the trunk space, we chose the Impala. Fortunately, the car was very new, with only 8000 miles on it. Driving performance was good and we were quite satisfied. Initially planned to give a 3-star rating. We had reserved a same-location pickup and drop-off, but due to traffic reasons, decided to return the car in Brooklyn. Successfully changed the return location at a Hertz point near Washington for free, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, a good experience.
