Both pickup and drop-off were very quick. We delayed the car pickup by two hours and correspondingly extended the drop-off, and there were no extra charges. As expected from the top brand, the parking lot is huge. However, not sure why other brands' shuttle buses came several times, but Hertz's hadn't arrived yet. Returning the car was convenient, with staff right there waiting.
