Amazing new and spacy car with free upgrade.

Overall it's quite good, but there are no clear drop-off instructions at pickup (or in related documents). The entrance to the parking lot overlaps with other rental companies and can be easily blocked from view by other cars. Some front desk staff were not very helpful when asked questions (although most staff were very good).

The staff at the parking lot were quite nice. There was a big guy with glasses who helped us with our luggage and placed it in the trunk. Since the trunk of the GLA was too small, we asked if we could switch cars. After some back and forth, we ended up sticking with the GLA and put another large suitcase in the front passenger seat. His attitude was very friendly and patient despite the hassle. Another staff member, wearing a yellow vest, helped us with the child seat we rented. He patiently demonstrated how to use it and, after realizing the buckle was not secure, put in a lot of effort to re-fasten it securely. We are very grateful to these two staff members! Please convey our thanks to QEEQ!

was told since i booked through easyrentcars they will need an official voucher to collect car (printed). i tried to produce the confirmation email still they prefer a hard copy.
