The check in process should be shorter

Car was great however when picking up I requested a printed tax invoice and the staff said they would have to check vehicle first and then send through. I have emailed to receive a tax invoice and have not received a response and I require this for work immediately.

Could not product a tax invoice for payment only receipts

The company’s service was fine overall. The only issue was during the return process; our fuel tank was slightly below full. I asked the staff three times if it was okay, and they said it was no problem. However, they still charged us a significantly high fuel fee on our pre-authorized credit card, which was frustrating.

Definitely worth every cent! Pick up and drop off was really quick and efficient. No problems with the booking just all professionalism.

Definitely will be booking again soon and in the future!
