We tried to drop off the car at 12.55pm on Saturday, 4 Jan in their city location but they refused to accept the car as they close at 1pm. We had to pay parking fees of 25$ over night due to that.

Like: An auto Toyota Yaris was substituted for the Hyundai Accent.
Dislike: I had to put premium 98 octane petrol into the car, because 95 was not available and Europcar would not accept e10 94 rating
