Zippy, roomy and comfortable vehicle - better than expected for a Ford!

There were basically no disappointments during the trip. Everything went smoothly as planned.

They tried to cheat me by giving a different car than the one I booked. I insisted on getting the car I had reserved, and they finally gave it to me.

On the second day of the rental, the tire had an issue and the car couldn't be driven. Called over thirty times and no solution was provided. Ended up having to stay overnight in a nearby town. The next morning, made over ten more calls and ultimately had to drive the problematic car to a nearby repair shop to get an old tire replaced, then drove over a hundred kilometers to Melbourne to get a new one. Wasted an entire day, and I had three kids and my wife with me! Terrible service!

Did not provide the reserved model, and the replacement was not of the same class. Booked a Land Rover Discovery, got a Mitsubishi Outlander, completely different levels.

Terrible staff at the pick up counter. First they told us that our booked car had been damaged by the previous owners and that they dont have a spare car. Over an hour later there was suddenly a Mercedes C300.. spare.. out of the blue. New car was fine for us. Just a few grumpy people at the desk.
