Because we had four people and seven pieces of luggage, we reserved a Chrysler Grand Wagon Mini Van. However, upon arrival, we were informed that all the Mini Vans were rented out. Knowing we had a lot of luggage, they recommended a two-seater Van instead... After refusing, they gave us a seven-seater SUV, which barely fit all our luggage. The vehicle was not cleaned or inspected before being handed over. The staff's service was very perfunctory with little sense of service. Hertz is really overpriced and low quality. Since I had prepaid, the staff couldn't offer any discounts. Later, I rented from AVIS and the service was much better.

Más claridad en la hora exacta de recogida, para saber la hora máxima de entrega del vehículo, me Cobraron una hora que me pase de la entrega, nos perdimos al ingresar al edificio del Rental car, casi lo que valió el alquiler del vehículo. No es justo.

Muy buenos precios se consiguen con esta aplicación, y van incluidos los seguros de una vez, excelente detalle.

I could've gotten the Dodge Ram. I was too short getting out of the car. With no running board, I sprained my foot. The car was not that clean and to have only 9900 miles when I picked it up, it was pretty scratched and beat up. All in all, it was only an ok experience.

My representative at Hertz was incredibly helpful, she is a customer service professional worthy of praise.

As for as I can tell everything went perfectly. This is the second time I've used Easy Car Rental and I'll be using them again in the future for sure.
