Once we got to Sicily by Car the process was very straightforward.

The overall service was pretty good, but the pickup time was a bit long, probably over an hour.

The car exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was fantastic! I would absolutely consider renting a vehicle again!

Very simple process with clear options!

Car was full of small scratches and damages from previous rentals. Check in took long time in order to go throught all the scratches and damages listed on rental papers to be sure that all damages were captured, and two were not.

Booking was easy, price drop did not work for me this time

We have Booked BMW X5 because of Large Boot space, at arrival the Counter person without informing us gave us a different brand vehicle. our luggage was unable to fit in the boot so we went back to the counter which is 600 meters walking distance from the pickup location. when informed them of luggage issue they are not even able to communicate in English and are so rude that it seems like we are hiring the vehicle without paying them. Neither they offered us an alternate vehicle nor they were willing to refund us the payment. counter lady was so rude that she didn't even let us talk to the manager. even after accepting the offered car the Tyre worn out and they charged us for it. we spended more than 3 hours at the counter to get the vehicle. even representative from rental car approached supplier to come up with a solution but still there was no positive gesture from rental counter. Sicily needs to change these kind of staff and hire some professional people who are atleast able to speak basic English and able to understand clients requirement.

The car was great, but I want to comment on the assistance services - I got a fine for incorrect parking in the center of Bari and even though I've sent a mail to the counter - I didn't get any answer. It's good that they told me how to pay my fine when I dropped off the car. Moreover, when I missed the opening hours of the office in the center of Bari for drop off (because I booked through Easyrentcars and specified 20:00 for drop off hour in the center of Bari, but when I went to the office in the center at 19:30 - it was already closed), I wanted to call the airport office for assistance (whether I have to return the car at the airport in the same day or can return it on the airport), but nobody answered my numerous calls. So I had to go to the airport and drop off the car there (by the ways, three girls were sitting there, I wondered why they didn't answer)
