Car and staff great... office and facilities poor

Picked up car in port canaveral budget office. The office was very crowded... it took 55 mins to get through the rental line. Building not fit for purpose and toilet was not fit for use by human or any known living animal. The shuttle service was extremely slow so we had to use uber (Saturday morning... 20usd + tip to go 2 miles). I guess shuttle service is that slow due to the small size of office and it is better to have people line up in cruise terminal than at the office. Staff were very efficient and polite. Car was very clean and met our expectations.

Mostly great. However, they parked cars in the exit of the pickup area, so it was very difficult to pick up the car. We had to find someone to help. Unfortunately, they were unable to remove the blocking vehicles, but they were able to remove a vehicle on the far side which allowed us (with some difficulty) to leave.

They added an insurance even though I said basic insurance is fine. When signing, they directly asked me to sign, a hidden fee. Next time, I will definitely record everything. Also, I chose an Elantra but they gave me a Corolla, which is much cheaper. No matter how I argued, it was useless.

Car mats was missing. Could be more clean. Lady at pick-up station did not have any ID or logos. It was strange to give a car key to unknown person.
