Car and staff great... office and facilities poor

Picked up car in port canaveral budget office. The office was very crowded... it took 55 mins to get through the rental line. Building not fit for purpose and toilet was not fit for use by human or any known living animal. The shuttle service was extremely slow so we had to use uber (Saturday morning... 20usd + tip to go 2 miles). I guess shuttle service is that slow due to the small size of office and it is better to have people line up in cruise terminal than at the office. Staff were very efficient and polite. Car was very clean and met our expectations.

The car was dirty inside, it didn't feel nice to drive while it was dirty. The official who took care of us upon arrival was very unpleasant, we could hardly understand what he was saying and he heard songs in Arabic with a strong volume which made it even more difficult to understand him. An unpleasant experience.

“Car's problems”

I rented Hyundai Elantra, I gave Kia Soul. It is also good car but I don't think that this is the same class of car. I noticed after departure of rental parking a lot of glass pieces in the front, rear seats and in the trunk. It was dangerous for my health. I cleaned up carpets and trunk but it did not help. They were getting out from behind plastic pieces.Those pieces of glass was located in the trunk and front doors. I reporter it on buget station at the airport but they were helpless. I want to make a complain about condition of the car. I hope Budget or Easyrentcars will sort out this problem. Best regards, Krzysztof Jaron
