Easy but wld like clarity on insurance policy, ie who to call if you actually were in an emergency

Rental service couldn't provide the reserved car, misleading web page

Extremely dissatisfied. This rental was a disaster because my lack of understanding of local UK regulations led to the vehicle being towed by local authorities. However, Rentacar company's response was slow. It took them 10 days to retrieve the vehicle from the authorities, causing significant inconvenience and incurring almost 1000 pounds in costs during my stay in the UK. When asked why it took Hertz 10 days to get the vehicle back, they never gave a direct answer, instead offering unconvincing excuses. In summary, very disappointed. Your company did not look after the customer's interest. Poor service.

Unbelievable value doubted the service if I m honest but didn't have to pay anymore than what was offered on booking. Will be using them again next week.

We were a little over an hour past the pickup time and they had returned the car to inventory. It took 90 minutes for a new car to arrive and it then had 1/2 tank of diesel but since we did not see the car before getting in I signed it was full as that was what the driver said. We did get £30 refund for the half tank of car upon return.

Excellent. So easy. Transfer from T2 to Hertz, counter service, the car itself and the drop off. Perfect. Will def use again
