I had already informed the rental company that I did not need any insurance, yet they forcibly added PAI/PEC. Additionally, they charged two deposits of $200 each, totaling $400, but the rental paperwork only shows a deposit of $200. However, my credit card records indicate two $200 charges. When returning the car, I was told the deposit authorization would be released on the same day, but it's already been two days and it hasn't been lifted yet. I hope QEEQ can help coordinate the refund of the deposit.

Any changes to the return location should be promptly communicated to the customer. I asked in advance through the car rental platform if there were any changes and was told there were none, but this was not the case.

The counter staff could have provided charging details (i.e., how it is billed since Tesla charging is associated with the car, not an external credit card or the like). Also, a charging cable for non-Tesla charging would have added flexibility (although Tesla charging network is great).
