The car pickup was not okay. The female staff had a bad attitude, and they gave us a broken car that was not of the same grade. We had to argue a lot before getting a replacement.

Renting a car overseas through QEEQ is quite convenient

Very dissatisfied. They didn't reserve the agreed-upon car model for us, didn't inform us about the upgrade fee which turned out to be very high, and their bill had many more charges than the one from Zuzuche. The price tripled from 237 euros to over 800 euros. In a foreign country with language barriers and tight schedules, we were angry and helpless. Not sure if this is like the previous rental where many charges were based on final billing, but we ended up paying over 800 euros for just three days, turning 237 euros into more than 800 euros. It was a nightmare and I would never dare to rent a car here again.

This rental ended up costing more than USD$900 with no clear explanation. This is outrageous and I have received no assistance whatsoever from multiple employees at your offices in Bologna Airport and Milan Malpensa Airport. The amount far exceeds our agreed contracted to price without any justification.
