We konden de pick up locatie niet vinden. In de mail stond dat deze in terminal was. Dit klopte echter niet en na telefonisch contact met Alamo werden we naar de juiste plek geïnstrueerd.

When we picked up the car, a staff member kept recommending various types of insurance. We mentioned we already bought it on the platform, and she stopped pushing. The return process was handled professionally, and we even rated the staff member. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
