In short, I booked through this site for a month-long road trip in the US, and it was more cost-effective than booking directly from the official websites as my friends did. Highly recommended.

There were too many people on the day of pick-up, and I waited for nearly 2 hours. After being served, there were no available cars, and I was told I could upgrade at a discounted rate. Why didn't I get a free upgrade?? I had to wait another half-hour to get a car. After that, everything went smoothly, and exchanging the car was convenient.

Only issue was on the drop off, staff did not know how to get to our hotel (on airport) and also I had two chase up emails asking if I had returned the car
