Smooth process for pickup and return

Very satisfied! Since it was late at night, there was no waiting in line, and everything went smoothly. Completed the paperwork independently and went to the parking lot to choose a car.

Booked a Mazda 3 or equiv, got a Dodge journey which had terrible fuel economy and had an expired tag which a State park official pointed out to us when we wanted to visit the park. Had to return car as a result. Customer service sent us to Grand Rapids to change it; when we got there they clearly didn't have cats to switch it with. Then had to drive to Grand Rapids airport....long wait there but they did change car eventually.

Dislike: car was a bit beat but still got the job done

Like: This was the best rental car website that was easy to use and offered the best rates. I was surprised Hertz was in the program which tells me that Hertz is finally becoming competitive with other typically low cost auto rental companies. I would definitely used EasyRentCars again.
