The service staff at avis was tremendous!!! Never had a better experience renting a vehicle.

Very satisfied

I arrived before 8 PM, but it was past 9 PM by the time I got the car. The store had few staff and the process was very slow. Initially, they gave me a Malibu, but the car couldn't be found in the parking spot.

Picking up the car from Avis was fine, but the car provided was terrible. Although its flaws were not apparent at first, later it stalled automatically and couldn't be restarted. I had to call for roadside assistance and towing twice, which disrupted my plans for two days and significantly increased my taxi expenses. There's no way to get compensation for these losses. Having rented cars many times before, this was by far my worst experience.

It's okay, but the efficiency of Americans is not high.

Pick-up time. There was no one at the service point. I waited over an hour for someone to arrive, which delayed my plans. There was no apology at all, and they gave me a car of a lower grade than what I had booked. Very dishonest.
