Poor vehicle condition; the car couldn't start during the trip, and they only provided jump-starting service. I had to take the risk of driving over 100 kilometers to exchange the car. The company showed no apology or compensation for the inconvenience and loss caused to the customer.

Fiquei tensa porque quando fomos retirar o carro, o mesmo não estava na locadora. Tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora, mas correu tudo bem!

Convenient pick-up and use

They persuaded us to buy extra insurance when picking up the car, costing over $100. When returning the car, they tried to charge us an additional fee for returning at a different location, which was already included in the order. In total, they overcharged us by more than $200.

Overall satisfied, but not happy with the car model provided, it felt unstable on the highway.
