Europcar handled the rental. The booking was for a 10:00 AM pickup, but we arrived early to save travel time. The staff accommodated us right away at 9:15 AM without delay. They were professional, explained all necessary details thoroughly, and had already purchased and installed the highway toll sticker. At the time, there were about three customers and two staff members present. The process was orderly and efficient.

Rented a car in Zurich for a 7-day self-driving trip in Switzerland, returned it at Geneva airport. Overall experience was excellent. Pay attention to routes when driving in the city.

Not bad. Chose this company because its brand is close to HERTZ and EURO CAR but with better pricing. However, the remaining cars available were all Japanese models which I'm not fond of.

No avisaron de que el dia de la devolución NO ESTARÏAN para recibir el coche, ni para llevarme de regreso al Aeropuerto. Ésto no está en ninguno de los puntos que me advirtieron. Hice llamadas y nadie atendió.Me amenazaron por whatsApp de que el traslado al aeropuerto costaba 120CHF, pero no lo habian detallado ni en el contrato ni en todas las advertencias que me hicieron al retirar el coche. Espero que liberen el cargo de reserva porque yo si he cumplido con mi parte y heentregadoel coche en perfectas condiciones + depósito lleno.

This car rental company is really great! Initially, I had to rent a car in a hurry due to a cancelled train. However, the staff at the store were warm and considerate. Although they first upgraded me to a manual car, I later requested an automatic one. Even though it was after their working hours, they still accommodated my request cheerfully and charged a reasonable fee. The entire process was handled with a fantastic attitude, leaving me very satisfied. After returning the car to the drop-off point, their subsequent handling was professional and efficient. They carefully checked the car's condition, and the whole process was quick, smooth, and friendly, without any impatience. It made a very strong impression on me, and I would definitely choose this rental company again if I need to rent a car in the future.

The service was excellent. The originally booked BMW 5 Series broke down, and they initially offered me a BMW 3 Series. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, they upgraded me to a Lexus RX450 SUV with only 1,880 kilometers driven.

I had a minor scratch of the rim of the front right tyre and is now waiting for the documents for claiming my full comprehensive insurance with eastrentcars. This is a bit tedious and Hertz is not very helpful.

Honestly,this is my first time booking through EasyRentCars and to my surprise it was excellent. At first I had a skeptical thoughts because as others said, book only from official website Europcar, Sixt, Hertz etc big company, cuz it will not give headache. Cuz Dollar is not very big names like others,but it is managed by Hertz so it was no problem at all. During collecting my car was great cuz the staff very friendly and helpful. She upgrade from my Ford Focus estate to Mazda CX5 with addition CHF10 per day..and ad hoc add in second driver for CHF50 only, I got the brand new car with only 8km milage..just a new born baby for me

Excellent and thoughtful service. Since their shop is not inside the airport building, they send someone to pick you up and take you to the shop to complete the rental process. Highly recommend this company. We will choose them again next time we visit Switzerland.

The car was changed to a Fiat 500L, which is a bit small. The car looks nice and has only 10,000 km on it.
