When I arrived at the scheduled time, the reserved car was not available. The staff pushed hard for an upgrade and tried selling insurance. Their attitude was extremely poor if I declined. I ended up waiting for an hour and was given a car I was very dissatisfied with.

Very efficient. We accidentally damaged their car, but the staff assisted us over the phone the entire time, didn't blame us at all, and were very proactive in resolving the issue. Made us feel very secure.

The Hertz front desk staff was very nice. Noticing that my English was limited, they intentionally spoke slower, articulating each word clearly, which was very considerate. During the paperwork process, there were offers to upgrade the vehicle and purchase insurance, but after declining, the service remained warm and enthusiastic. I rented a Corolla but was given a Nissan Sentra instead. The car was good, the seats were very comfortable, though the power was a bit lacking.

Experience was very disappointing. Pick-up: you either are partner with Routes or you are not. At the counter I got the rehearsed "they did not give us all the information" which is simply non sense. The additional amount we had to pay for the second driver (£113) was different from what mentioned in the booking (£94). When we asked for explanation they printed the email received from Europcar and none of the numbers made any sense at all (rate between GBP and CAD was over 2). Luckily enough we only had to pay for the additional driver and the difference was small, but it was impossible to understand what we paid and what we needed to pay from the information provided. Drop-Off: we had to wait in the pick up queue as no one was available at the return counter. After 20 minutes of wait we were told we could leave the keys to one of their representative - which we eneded up doing - if the car was in the same condition. Not an experience I'd like to repeat.

After customs clearance, I received a call from the rental company right away, accurately guiding me to the shuttle bus location. The car was a Nissan model, very new with only 5,700 km. The only regret is that there was no option for extending the rental. Absolutely no upselling or unnecessary marketing.

The car pickup location was outside the airport, which was unexpected. We had to call them to arrange a pickup to the car rental location. The car wasn't provided with a full tank, and they didn't refund the extra fuel we added upon return. I booked a Toyota Camry but received a Nissan Sentra, which is similar to a Sylphy in China. A Category B car was replaced with a Category A car.

The process from pickup to return was very convenient. I booked a Golf but got a Corolla instead, which turned out to be just as good. In fact, the Corolla's power and fuel efficiency were excellent—no wonder it sells so well. I will rent a car again when I come to Vancouver next time. Highly recommended!

Paid extra for snow tires but received all-season tires. The store clerk said all-season tires are better than snow tires. Don't know if they were uninformed or pretending. However, they agreed to switch the car as compensation, so it was eventually resolved.

Excellent customer service. The pick-up is not based in the airport but a lovely lady messaged me on Whatsapp when our flight landed to explain where to meet her. She picked us up right outside the airport and drove us to the car rental office to pick up the car. The lady also met us at the airport when we were returning the car to help me with filling the tank (I am from the UK and this was the first time I'd hired a car in Canada)

They didn't have the car I wanted to rent at that time. The service attitude of the staff was mediocre. Later, another car was available for rent but the price was several dozen Canadian dollars higher. It seemed like they thought we couldn't afford it, which made us feel awkward and uncomfortable.

I clearly selected airport drop-off, confirmed it on the rental day, and the day before returning the car, they emailed saying I need to pay an extra fee for airport drop-off! Initially, they said it was okay but later changed their mind. I think it's unreasonable. I do not recommend renting from this company.

UC AUTO was amazing. They gave me my own car insurance and license plate. I rented a Honda and it was in great condition. Staff was very friendly and they even dropped us off at the airport when we returned the car. Definitely will use them today.

Long waiting for pickup. Car was not ready ( no gas) and not clean. Poor counter desk service and not transparent agreement. Preauthorization will hold money for 30 days. Work hours only from 10 AM to 6 PM. Need to make international call to schedule pickup. The company is used cars dealership and car rental seems axillary business with no much attitude toward it

Don't rent from Easter re gal in Vancouver BC. First of all I thought I was renting from Ace. We used Ace in Europe and we were delighted. How this time it turned out not to be Ace but a sub company. My rental for 5 days was to be $144.00. I was not informed that the discount car rental sub company would not accept my personal car insurances. Discount wanted $50 per day for their insurance. The clerk told me this was BC policy. I called Hertz and got a rental no problem and they accepted my insurance.

Only snag was calling for airport pickup, line was busy for about 10 minutes. Pick up was fast though and my car rental was upgraded to a Subaru Outback. Fast return and shuttle to airport which was just a few minutes away. Loved the car, no hassle rental, would use the same company again.

Like: I rented a red Jeep Rubicon 2018, it was my first time renting a car and they made my experience very pleasurable as well as knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the conditions of the jeep as well as the flexible times for drop-off, we needed to be at the airport by 7:00 am so that meant we had to get up very early and all we had to do was park the car in their lot and drop the keys in a secure box. Overall it was fantastic.

The staff speaks Chinese, but they were very impatient. When picking up the car, the remaining balance to be paid was higher than the price provided by Zuzuche. The staff said it’s always like this when booking via Zuzuche. It took over an hour, and finally, he said it was too troublesome, so they charged the original price. The process was very frustrating and terrible.

Waited an hour after the phone call to be picked from the airport, no call display to communicate where about is the picked driver. The vehicle is filthy sticky with garbage inside not cleaned up from the previous rental, and was told none available as I requested for another car. Lots of ding dens found around the vehicles Must purchase their collision insurance at their counter without options. Will never rent again from this company.

This is terrible! I didn't even get the car because 99 Car Rental told me the order was canceled. We had to rent a car at the airport at the last minute, and we couldn't find one available. We ended up paying 600 CAD per day for an 8-seater. What a scam!
