The company promised a full tank of fuel, but the car only had half a tank when picked up. It showed a range of 350 kilometers, but after refueling, the range increased to over 600 kilometers. Other services were fine.

The pickup service was average, and the car itself had some minor issues: there were strange noises and the steering wheel was misaligned.

Affordable and good value, simple procedures

Very good, convenient and efficient, with good vehicle condition. Although the passenger-side wiper doesn't clean perfectly, it doesn't affect driving. The car is very fuel-efficient—an excellent choice overall.

I don't know if it's Dollar or Qeeq that's to blame but one allowed us to book a car that we were then told we would not be able to hire because it didn't have snow tyres. Given our rental was covering 1st Oct onwards and it is law in the parts of Canada we were in that snow tyres are on the car from 1st Oct I think it's unacceptable to rent someone a car that isn't legally drivable. We had to pay an extra £90 at pickup that we were not anticipating. This isn't really acceptable.

The pick-up and drop-off service was excellent.

When I arrived at the scheduled time, the reserved car was not available. The staff pushed hard for an upgrade and tried selling insurance. Their attitude was extremely poor if I declined. I ended up waiting for an hour and was given a car I was very dissatisfied with.

If comparison (eg no of days, car type…. etc) is available on time, it’s easier for me to make up my mind on the booking.

A very pleasant car rental experience.

Overall satisfied. There were scratches on the car when picking it up, and I reported it on-site. However, upon return, vehicle inspection was ten times stricter than during pickup, and they didn't acknowledge the prior report from pickup. Luckily, I had taken photos before leaving the garage and uploaded them to the app. In the end, the person inspecting the car couldn't make a decision, so he called a supervisor, and I had to write the situation down on paper before completing the return process.

It's quite convenient.
