CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON AVIS IN VANCOUVER

Super efficient.

The car pickup process was slightly slow, but everything else was perfect.

Overall it was okay. There was a line when picking up the car, and the staff were a bit slow, but the car was in great condition.

It was a pleasant surprise to rent a Ford Expedition, an eight-seater full-size SUV that had only driven a little over 6,000 kilometers and was practically brand new. The car is spacious, seating eight people comfortably, and is very practical. It performs great for off-road trips, though it feels a bit large for urban areas and is not very convenient for parking. Still, this vehicle is fantastic, and returning it was very easy.

Super happy with the whole experience – because of scheduling they upgraded us for free to a 2026 BMW X3. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and both pick-up and drop-off were super easy!

The rental company gave us a car that already had some scratches, but luckily we took a video when we picked it up, so we avoided any hassle arguing about it later. QEEQ was great too, really helpful with a very good attitude.

Super satisfied with the service.

Super efficient.

Super smooth pickup experience.

The only downside is the deposit was a bit pricey.

When picking up the car, there were scratches on the right side of the body and scuff marks on the wheels. The staff suggested taking photos and uploading them, but the upload didn't work. I contacted QEEQ support and sent the pictures to them, and they assisted in resolving the issue.

Very good, highly recommended.

They didn’t try to upsell any extra insurance, which I really appreciated.

Super happy with this long-established company.

Pick-up and return were super quick and hassle-free.

Staff were really friendly and helpful

Super happy with the whole experience, will definitely book with them again next time.

Really friendly service, no hard selling, and everything was processed super fast.

Everything was great overall, just a shame the car wasn’t the exact model I originally booked.

Short lines and no hidden fees.
