Very good, convenient and efficient, with good vehicle condition. Although the passenger-side wiper doesn't clean perfectly, it doesn't affect driving. The car is very fuel-efficient—an excellent choice overall.

I don't know if it's Dollar or Qeeq that's to blame but one allowed us to book a car that we were then told we would not be able to hire because it didn't have snow tyres. Given our rental was covering 1st Oct onwards and it is law in the parts of Canada we were in that snow tyres are on the car from 1st Oct I think it's unacceptable to rent someone a car that isn't legally drivable. We had to pay an extra £90 at pickup that we were not anticipating. This isn't really acceptable.

Rented the car at Vancouver Airport and returned it at Calgary Airport. The pick-up and drop-off locations were easy to find, as all the rental companies operate in the same hall. Originally booked a Toyota Corolla but upgraded to a Malibu for an additional CAD 20/day, which wasn’t expensive. The American version of the Malibu has strong power, reaching 120 km/h with only slight acceleration.

The pick-up and return staff were enthusiastic, professional, and efficient. They provided me with a new car, which exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied.

The location is easy to find. Picking up the car went smoothly. Returning the car followed the signs. At the parking lot, the inspection took less than a minute, very seamless.

The Toyota compact car was great, and the pickup process was very smooth. They even helped to open the trunk.

Overall satisfied. There were scratches on the car when picking it up, and I reported it on-site. However, upon return, vehicle inspection was ten times stricter than during pickup, and they didn't acknowledge the prior report from pickup. Luckily, I had taken photos before leaving the garage and uploaded them to the app. In the end, the person inspecting the car couldn't make a decision, so he called a supervisor, and I had to write the situation down on paper before completing the return process.

It's quite convenient.
