The Aucomm - Vancouver car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Aucomm - Vancouver car rental when you arrived.

Official Instructions: 1. After placing an order, please contact us via WeChat: aucommvancouver, email: infovancouver@aucomm.ca, or WhatsApp: +17789890528 to confirm your arrival flight time. 2. Upon arriving at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), please contact Aucomm staff to confirm the car pickup location at the airport. Bring your luggage to the agreed location. Aucomm staff will be waiting there and will keep in touch with you. Departure Level Guide: a. Exit the baggage claim area and take the elevator up one level. b. Go outside and look for international flight departure gates 124-149 (for domestic arrivals, use gates 25-40). 3. Present your valid ID and order number; Aucomm staff will escort you back to the store for processing. Note: Free pickup during business hours. Additional charges apply outside of business hours. In case of emergencies, please call +1 7789890528; (if picking up after hours at the airport, the pickup method will depend on actual circumstances).

Drop-off Instructions

1. Please return your vehicle to the Aucomm Vancouver branch, where Aucomm staff will be waiting for you and will stay in touch with you at all times. Return the vehicle, inspect it, and return the keys. 2. Aucomm staff will transport guests to the designated airport terminal. Please note: returning the vehicle during working hours is free of charge. There will be an additional fee for returns outside of working hours. In case of emergencies, please call +1 7789890528.

    Very efficient. We accidentally damaged their car, but the staff assisted us over the phone the entire time, didn't blame us at all, and were very proactive in resolving the issue. Made us feel very secure.
