Rental counter is conveniently located just steps from YVR's terminal on the ground floor of the parkade.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

Very satisfied. The car had only driven 76 kilometers. It's a brand new car with the user manual still sealed. The only downside is that the steering wheel tends to loosen momentarily when turning, causing oversteering. After getting used to it, you need to correct the steering in advance. Upon checking, I didn't find any excessive looseness in the steering. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I got used to correcting the steering in advance. To avoid trouble, I didn't switch to another car on my second rental.

The vehicle was nearly brand new, with only 17,000 kilometers driven. It had strong performance and easily accommodated 7 people plus 3-4 large pieces of luggage.
