The service attitude was extremely poor. They aggressively tried to sell me insurance and GPS, and when I refused, they even used offensive language. Then they came up with another trick, printing out an invoice with a 260 yuan fee and asking me to sign it. When I asked what the fee was for, that attempt also failed. Frustrated and angry, they told me to wait an hour to pick up the car (because I arrived an hour early, and it was previously agreed that I could return the car an hour early as well).

The service was excellent, and the car was almost brand new.

There wasn't a long line when we arrived, but after being informed we already purchased additional coverage, they still tried to sell us insurance. Although it wasn't mandatory, it felt a bit pushy.
