Very satisfied. The car had only driven 76 kilometers. It's a brand new car with the user manual still sealed. The only downside is that the steering wheel tends to loosen momentarily when turning, causing oversteering. After getting used to it, you need to correct the steering in advance. Upon checking, I didn't find any excessive looseness in the steering. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I got used to correcting the steering in advance. To avoid trouble, I didn't switch to another car on my second rental.

Overall very satisfied. Just cross the road after exiting the airport to reach the car rental company. No waiting in line, just provide the reservation information, get a brief explanation, and take the keys.

There wasn't a long line when we arrived, but after being informed we already purchased additional coverage, they still tried to sell us insurance. Although it wasn't mandatory, it felt a bit pushy. O carro era excelente. A previsão do tempo era de neve e na retirada me deram um carro já com pneus de neve instalado. Foi a melhor decisão! Nevou muito e fomos a vários locais com neve. O tempo de retirada foi curto e de entrega mais rápido ainda.. Achei caro o aluguel, saiu mais de 2.000 dólares... mas entendi que era devido à sazonalidade (dezembro/janeiro) Gostaria de ter parcelado o aluguel, mas foi cobrado tudo de uma so vez

A plataforma de reservas funcionou. No cálculo inicial deu 8.000 reais, mas a conta final deu 12.000... havia outras taxas que nao tinham sido consideradas. Acho que poderiam fazer uma previsao mais próxima da realidade...
