The pickup location was easy to find, and the car provided was a Ford, which was great to drive. The only drawback was that the car would automatically lock with the key inside, leaving us to experience roadside assistance in an area with no signal. We were quite worried at the time, but thankfully Avis staff resolved it quickly without causing too much delay to our trip.

I have been using QEEQ for many years, and it is still very convenient. This time the pickup process involved a staff member with an Indian accent, which made it hard to understand. First, they tried to sell me insurance, but I told them I already had my own. They said it was different. I directly said 'no,' and then they rushed me to sign the documents impatiently. After signing, I showed the contract to QEEQ's customer service to ensure there were no hidden charges.

The staff was professional and quite helpful. He was not hesitate to repeat the explanation for me. Also, the pick up location was quite a bit confusing but the drop off was quick and swift. Luckily, the staff suggested about the car insurance which put your mind at ease.

I have rented cars many times in North America, and Aucomm's service attitude stands out as the best among various rental companies based on my personal experience. Since they provide dedicated service for individual bookings, there's absolutely no waiting time. They check your flight details in advance, and the moment you step out of the airport, their vehicle is already waiting for you at the entrance. Signing the contract at their location is smooth and efficient.

The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive and patient. Overall, from the time we landed and picked up our luggage, it took less than 10 minutes for them to come pick us up. During the ride, the staff explained many important details, which were very useful. The paperwork at the store was handled quickly, and they even helped us set up the in-car navigation. The car was very new, and it was meticulously cleaned both inside and out. When returning the car, we were in a bit of a rush and worried about missing our flight, but everything went smoothly. The car inspection was quick, and they immediately drove us to the airport in the same car we rented, so we didn’t even need to move our luggage. From returning the car at the store to reaching the airport check-in, it took less than 15 minutes. It was a great experience overall.

The overall service was excellent. There were no hidden charges, the entire process was smooth, and the car was very new, with less than 2,000 kilometers on it when I received it. This exceeded my expectations and made for a great experience. I will choose this company again next time.

The car was old & damaged, very disappointing. I was required to call my insurance agency to confirm I had coverage. I have never in all my years of car rentals had to do this. I was very annoyed by this. I needed to extend my drop off time as we were flying and I had a flight change after the booking was made. I was charged an extra day for this 2 hour difference. This is disgusting customer service.

픽업 카운터 직원은 그다지 친절하지 않았고 전문성도 좀 떨어져 보험 관련 질문에 속시원한 답변을 들을 수 없었습니다. 차에 네비가 장착되어 있냐고 물었더니 그렇다고 했지만 실제론 없었습니다. 하지만 계약한 Hyundai Elantra 대신 받은 Infinity 차는 트렁크가 좀 작은 점을 제외하고는 매우 좋은 차였습니다. 승차감도 좋고 여러가지 안전장치도 있고. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

The car pickup process was convenient and efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The vehicle was in great condition and very easy to drive. We drove from Calgary to Banff, Jasper, Hinton, and Canmore, covering thousands of kilometers over a week. It was a worry-free and pleasant experience!

The car was similar to the Chevrolet Tahoe that we booked. We were given a Jeep Wagoner instead. It was a very big and spacious vehicle for our road trip. The customer service was excellent and smooth on both pick up and drop off. The only issue was the charge for a tank of fuel was a lot more expensive than if we purchased our own fuel.

Hidden charges (out of province fee of $50 per day / rental car insurance fee of $10 per day) plus others more than doubled the initial hire fee. Terrible & deceitful tactics designed to gauge the customer without any other option really of changing to another provider. NEVER USE AGAIN!

The car was not ready for pick up and there was an existing stone chip on the wind shield which is scary coz it might break on me specially on the way to a high altitude location at lake louise. However, the counter staff upon drop off was very nice and quick... It was not ACE though its Discount Cars...

We expected a Santa Fe; we got a Dodge Durango instead, but no big deal. What was TERRIBLE upon returning the car was that they said we had incurred damages/scratches to the front bumper and they were going to charge us. I did all the driving and we never hit anything. I drove almost all highway miles and parked safely/responsibly. When they first inspected the car they had it parked closely behind another vehicle so they never even inspected the front bumper. Is this a scam? Do they just tell everyone they scratched the front bumper, get money from them, never fix it, park it close to another car during inspection for the next customer? We will dispute any charges. I will stick to a national reputable car rental company from now on; this was so ridiculous and dishonest of them. We did not incur ANY damage to their car; we are very responsible and took great car of the car. They initially got us to choose them with a low rental price, then tried to make up the difference. Not a good nor respectable way to run a business. Hurts them in long run. Expect better.

Pick-up was quite smooth, and the staff was friendly. They gave me a new Nissan Pathfinder, said I was the first to drive it, with just over 30 kilometers on it. Returning the car was also very convenient, a quick check and done, even though the car was quite dirty, it was no problem.

We were told that our US auto insurance did not cover the rental and were required to buy the Discount auto policy. The windshield developed a crack which I reported to their staff. We were told that the policy did not cover windshields and tires and that there would be an additional $500 fee.

We had a terrible experience with ur company. It took over an hour at the counter for the employees to complete the paperwork. We were charged extra for insurance, which we didn’t need as I verified insurance I had covered me in Canada. When we went to return the car they accused me of putting a hole in the back bumper. It took over 45 minutes to convince them I did not do it. They spent a lot of time checking on the computer to see if that car had damage... they could not find it. It was noted on my inspection report, however it was vague and the employees said that was for another area of the bumper... little did they know we had taken a picture of the damage when we picked up the car... it was dated and time stamped... that shut them up. I will never rent from your company again. I have the employees names if you want to document any of this information.

When i returned the car, the guy found a miniscule chip in the windshield and a small ding on the hood of the car. I told him that i recalled hearing something bing off the windshield when i was driving but did not see or think anything of it. I did not recall a stone/pebble hitting the roof of the car. I was told that i had to put in an insurance claim. Very disappointed in their customer service.

We didn't actually see anyone from MEX. It turned out that we were renting from 2 brothers I think calling themselves Zoom Rentacar. It was in an off-airport hotel lobby. When I arrived, they charged me about $10/day to take the car out of Alberta to BC. When I complained about this they showed me some sort of boilerplate language on the booking that mentioned taking the car out of Ontario and said that this applied to Alberta also although it never mentioned that anywhere. The inside windshield of the car looked like they cleaned it with a muddy rag. The windshield washing fluid was empty and we had to stop to clean the inside windshield and to buy a gallon of washer fluid, a necessity when driving on winter roads.
