After collecting luggage, go to the Departures level, Door 3, and contact staff. Pickup follows reservation order; our office is about 15 minutes from YYC. Airport transfers are free Mon-Fri 09:00-16:29, excluding holidays; other times follow the published service fees. A refundable CAD 1,000-2,000 security deposit is collected at pickup and refunded within 14 business days after return if there are no outstanding charges or damage. With a flight number provided, the vehicle is held up to 2 hours after scheduled pickup, but never beyond available service hours. A valid driving licence is required; no minimum driving experience or mandatory credit card requirement.
