Pretty good, clean and orderly, everything went smoothly.

I rented the cheapest car but it proved inadequate. My wife actually got sick from the vehicle. It was too small and too tinny. That was entirely on me. I contacted Budget and the next day was able to exchange the small car for a 2019 Ford Taurus that proved to be awesome. Additionally, I rented the first vehicle at the airport and was able to exchange the vehicle in Victoria. I then was able to drop off the second vehicle back at the airport. Awesome service!

It was great. There was no drop in price however.

Car was fine but the service on pick up was absolutely awful. Long line at the desk then staff tried to up sell. Eventually booked in and then had to wait for the car for about 45 minutes! What is the point of booking on line? Definitely would not recommend using this company. Had a much better experience in Calgary with Enterprise.

First I had to request a domestic as they tried to put me into a KIA Forte when I was expecting a Ford Fusion. Ended up with a Chev Impala which was fine. At return they tried to stick me with some vehicle damage that was shown to me at pick up but was marked incorrectly on the initial inspection sheet. Then tried to charge me a late return fee because they had entered in the wrong info. The only reason I went with them was because of the unlimited mileage as I was going to Montreal and back, a 2000km trip and the usual 200km per day for 7 days wasn't gonna do the job. I ate the extra charges that pushed the rental up to $490+, over $100 more than expected because I wouldn't have been able to get another vehicle elsewhere on zero notice. Will not be dealing with them again.
