Absolutely loved the whole experience. As soon as we walked out of the airport, there was a staff member waiting with a sign, then helping us with our luggage all the way to the car park. The whole process—checking the car, signing the papers, and getting the keys—was smooth and straightforward. The car was on the smaller side, but it fit all our stuff perfectly (one 24" suitcase, two 21" carry-ons, two large backpacks, and two kids’ backpacks). Any more luggage and it really wouldn’t have fit. Later we realized the roads in Mauritius are super narrow with lots of bends, so a small car was definitely the right choice. The people in Mauritius are kind, down-to-earth, and really welcoming, and it’s such a great place for a holiday. We’d love to come back again if we get the chance!

The service at the Frankfurt Airport rental car company was excellent, especially the staff who personally guided me to the garage to pick up the car. Otherwise, I might have spent a long time looking for it! Kudos to the staff.

There is a dedicated car and driver for pick-up and drop-off, and the vehicles are very new.
