Very satisfied! The service desk is located in the arrivals area of the domestic terminal, making it very convenient to handle the process. Both picking up and returning the car were hassle-free. The car was in great condition. Our group of four, with three large suitcases and some small luggage, managed everything with ease.

Poor attitude.

The car condition from Budget was great and very convenient. We rented the car for an 8-day self-drive trip starting in Bangkok, traveling to Pattaya, then Koh Samet, and back to Bangkok. The car was in excellent condition throughout the trip with no issues at all. Would definitely consider renting again next time.
