Good service attitude, straightforward process.

This car rental was cheap, but there was a long queue to get the car. I've been renting cars in Thailand for 10 years, and this is the first time I got a brand-new one with only 78km on it. But I suspect it's a refurbished car because the license plate wasn't red. It had Bluetooth, but I couldn't connect it. The car maxed out at 100km/h and struggled to reach 120km/h. The performance was lacking, but hey, for just 130 baht a day, you can't expect perfection!

The rental company staff had a very good attitude.

Pick-up took a bit long while they were confirming the booking, but returning the car was super easy. They just checked the fuel was full, the guy walked around the car once and that was it. I was honestly surprised, because I’d read online that returns can be really strict and they’ll try to find every tiny scratch to cause trouble, but that didn’t happen to us at all. The chubby uncle who handled the return was really nice. I’d definitely consider renting from them again next time.
