I have been a loyal customer for eleven years, and the service is as excellent as always. Picking up and returning the car is convenient and straightforward. There is no upselling of extra insurance. The car inspection during pickup is thorough, while the inspection during return is very relaxed. The vehicle is in good condition, clean, and well-maintained.

The overall service was quite good. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I originally wanted to rent an SUV, but I missed the chance as they were quickly rented out. Driving on Koh Samui really calls for an SUV. On the first day, while going uphill, the bottom of the car had a minor scrape. I had only purchased the basic insurance during the car rental process, but later at the store, I upgraded to comprehensive insurance, though it did not cover tires or the undercarriage. When returning the vehicle, they just gave it a quick look, and I was good to go. It was very convenient and reassuring.
