PHUKET AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Everything went smoothly, nothing unpleasant at all.

Pickup paperwork was super quick and efficient.

Supports wired CarPlay, which is super convenient.

Really great experience

Super happy with the whole experience, everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Very efficient service.

Absolutely loved this car rental experience.

The rental counter is right by the airport exit, paperwork is really straightforward, the instructions are clear, and both the inspection and pickup are super quick and easy.

Processing was really fast and super convenient. They share a counter with Hertz, so you see the big brand signage. I think this is more like a sub-brand with cheaper prices, but the cars are still quite new and in really good condition.

Anyway, still gotta thank the staff. I booked almost a month in advance and they’d reserved a car that was covered in scratches. I’m not picky about that, but when I opened the door there were tons of ants inside, so I had to ask for a different car, which wasted over half an hour. After that, everything went smoothly.

The Denza D9 is a great choice as a premium business MPV. You get a really spacious three-row layout, a super quiet cabin, and airline-style seats in the second row that feel both comfortable and classy—perfect for business clients or group trips. The plug-in hybrid version has solid range and flexible charging options, so there’s no real range anxiety even on long journeys. It works really well for high-end rentals or chauffeur services and definitely feels upmarket.

Pretty good overall, and it’s an international chain so it feels reliable.

Really happy with them.

The counter was a bit hard to find, but the car itself was great and it’s actually not far from the airport exit.

I’ve rented with Yesaway every time I travel to Thailand, and their service has always been great—customer support is fast, professional, and efficient. I used to always rent from their Bangkok branch, but this was my first time renting from the Phuket branch. To be honest, this car was in the worst condition I’ve ever gotten from Yesaway. The exterior had several scratches, and the driver’s seat still had dried water marks—felt like the previous driver jumped in after swimming and sat down in wet swim trunks. On top of that, there was a noticeable sweat smell inside the car. I’m still giving a full score because the staff were really friendly, their instructions for pick-up and return were clear and detailed, and aside from the issues I mentioned, the car had no other problems. I’ll continue choosing Yesaway when I come back to Thailand, but I do hope we can get a better car next time.

Right after you walk out from baggage claim and turn around, it’s right there, and QEEQ’s email instructions were spot on.

No lines and super easy to find. The car was spotless, and both customer service and the staff were really easy to talk to. Overall, a great experience.

Everything was quick and efficient.

Communication was smooth the whole time and the staff were really friendly.
