CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON DRIVE CAR RENTAL AT PHUKET AIRPORT, HKT

Pickup paperwork was super quick and efficient.

Easy pickup and return, satisfactory service

Overall pretty happy with it – service was good, no tricks, everything went smoothly.

Very satisfied with the service—safe, convenient, and excellent. Will use this company again next time.

It's acceptable.

Very good

The rental counter is right by the airport exit, paperwork is really straightforward, the instructions are clear, and both the inspection and pickup are super quick and easy.

Excellent! I really appreciate the transparency and straightforward service with no hidden charges.

When you pick up the car, make sure you take tons of photos and videos. When I returned it, they almost tried to charge me for pre‑existing damage—luckily I had everything recorded.

The Denza D9 is a great choice as a premium business MPV. You get a really spacious three-row layout, a super quiet cabin, and airline-style seats in the second row that feel both comfortable and classy—perfect for business clients or group trips. The plug-in hybrid version has solid range and flexible charging options, so there’s no real range anxiety even on long journeys. It works really well for high-end rentals or chauffeur services and definitely feels upmarket.

Highly satisfied.

Staff were really friendly and got everything done super fast.

Very efficient, and the store was easy to locate.

Absolutely perfect rental experience. It was my second time driving a right-hand-drive car, and I felt much more confident this round. Staff were super friendly and polite, and the counter is right in front of you when you walk out, so it’s really easy to find. The whole pickup process took just a few minutes and I was on my way. Returning the car was just as smooth—ran into a staff member on site, they quickly checked the exterior and the fuel, and that was it. QEEQ has honestly gotten better and better; it makes renting overseas so much easier. I used to have to argue things out with foreign rental companies, but now with the volume they do, the quality and support are solid. Highly recommend!

No lines and super easy to find. The car was spotless, and both customer service and the staff were really easy to talk to. Overall, a great experience.

Very satisfied

The service was very efficient, and the staff was super nice.

Convenient, directly across from the hall.

They let us know about an incident ahead of time, so everything was handled really smoothly.
