The service was acceptable, but there were a lot of people lining up to rent cars at the airport. After waiting for a while in line, the staff directly gave us a Renault compact car instead of the Toyota model we had originally booked. The staff also reminded us about purchasing insurance, but we told them we had already bought it on the platform. In the end, they charged a deposit of over 300 euros, saying it would be refunded within seven working days. When returning the car, we made sure to confirm this again, and the staff assured us that it was correct.

Specifically, the instructions for vehicle inspection are not very clear, which needs improvement. We spent quite some time wandering around the airport to find the car, and the return navigation only directed us to the terminal building without providing clear guidance on which lane we should take. The lack of precise routing instructions is a significant issue that must be addressed. The return navigation system needs substantial improvement!
