No instructions for picking up car - rental courtesy bus signs at airport are not for Alamo - Alamo is in park and ride carpaprk - awful instructions

We booked the collect time at 2pm, however we arrived there after 3pm but the car was still not ready, we'd waited more than 45 minutes, there were other peoples waiting there car too. Even in their office there was not water or enough chairs while waiting. Maybe they rushed to give us the car, it wasn't clean at all. But what can we do, just take it.

Very nice treatment when we picked up the car, we were upgraded to a Toyota RAV which is a little bigger than the one we booked.

Excellent service! When booking, it mentioned a 2019 model, and I was worried it might have high mileage. But at the store, they gave me an almost new car with only 4800 kilometers.

Perfect for rent a great car

Had to wait over an hour before a vehicle was available, but when one was Available, it was a nice upgrade. The return was a nightmare, with no place to refuel nearby, and access at the Auckland International terminal very digfficult to find and very poorly signposted.

The car was brilliant and close to brand new.

The car pick-up process was smooth. I bought full insurance directly at the store, and the car was in good condition.

Excellent service, the staff were very nice and did not try to upsell insurance at all.

The car was dirty upon pickup and we had to return to the office twice to have the outside then the inside of the front windshield recleaned as we were unable to safely drive the vehicle in the condition we picked it up. The rear view mirror fell off twice. We were reimbursed the cost of the extra driver by Alamo on return.

The car exceeded my expectations. Very very good. The Alamo pickup counter guy was also pretty damn helpful. The only Major Issue I had was a lack of proper Exact directions on WhatsApp or Google Maps for the Pickup and Drop off location of the car parking spot (exact), as it was very difficult to carry our luggage here and there whilst picking up because we could not easily find the car due to some confusion. But great service in every other aspect. Wonderful. Keep it up! :-)

All good. Just share the EXACT pickup and drop off locations on google maps or whatsapp (exact meaning exactly where the car is parked and exactly where to drop the car). All else great. Keep it up! :-)

Had no problems with the booking platform

The counter staff was friendly - however the minus point was to the long queue. Spent at least 30 mins waiting to collect the car.

Excellent! They upgraded the vehicle for free, and the car was very new with just over ten thousand kilometers.

Great service without any additional sales pitches. The car was in very good condition with over 10,000 kilometers on it.
