Good experience. Nice vehicle. Friendly staff.

The reserved car wasn't available, but the rental company upgraded us to a better SUV for free.

The service was very fast and the staff had a great attitude.

Great service attitude, no waiting needed.

Definitely the worst hire car I've ever had: years old; 32,000 miles; dented and scratched paintwork; scuffed wheels; stained seats; driveshaft whined while driving. I will never touch a Budget car again.

I got screwed. i was a few minutes early to pick up my car (8 minutes to be exact) and it was not communicated that my 24 hour clock started then. When dropping off the vehicle (regardless of the unexpected snow storm) I arrived approximately 13 minutes after the reservation time and had to wait at least 10 minutes for the attendant to get to me and found out their computer system was down. I was penalized by being charged an additional $60 +/-. they have a 29 minute grace period which would have been fine had they told me my reservation was actually 8 minutes earlier than booked. And to add... no one walked the car with me prior, but there was damage to the the door that I had to point out upon drop off.
