Great value , excellent small car , smooth process

We already purchased insurance through Zuzuche, which includes coverage for Andorra and Portugal. Why are we being forced to buy an additional 530 Euro insurance?

The store is located very close to the train station and easy to find. Procedures are straightforward, but there is upselling; you can simply decline. You need to take the elevator to the underground parking lot on level -3 to locate the car yourself. When returning the car, the store conducts a strict inspection and appears somewhat unreasonable. Old damages on the car require proof with photos taken when picking up the car, and the photo's date must also be checked.

Crowded and few cars available when returning the car to the airport. Almost missed the flight.

Very slow service, they need more people at the desk.
