Person at the Hertz desk was quite abrupt and slightly rude. Seemed quite disinterested.

No trouble with booking through easy rent at all.

Good service and cars in very good condition. Friendly and honest staff.

Made some huge savings compared to other providers.

booked a caddy van but did not have one down graded me to a petrol corsa ended up costing me more in fuel than it would of in the small van as i have a company fuel card thats why i wanted a diesel

Car was better than expected and it was quite new. Whole process went smooth.

I won’t never ever book cars with Hertz especially in UK. Rigid staff, poor customer services and don’t even ponder long q waiting to pick up the cars as staffs just take their own sweet time to process the booking. Totally waste of time as we q for almost 2 hours for less than 20 people in line. From counter to ground staffs, all are very arrogant and unfriendly at all. Even the shuttle service to terminal takes ages to come and not really care whether u r catching your flight schedule. I never had such bad experience with Hertz in other countries over the world. Sorry, yes ruin my day
