Pretty good overall — communication was smooth, the car was in great condition and really clean.

Pretty satisfied. However, during the car return, the staff mentioned that the car was a bit dirty and demanded a 200 AUD cleaning fee.

Rented a car in Melbourne's downtown, the location was relatively easy to find. The rental service staff were two older men who looked like musicians from some band, very friendly. They even discussed Chinese characters with me (mentioned during signing). They also helped me set up the phone connection to the car's central control and gave me some traffic tips.
