Great rental

No car inspection during the return process, which made me feel uneasy

I was expecting the smallest car, but had what I'd describe as a small SUV. It was easy to navigate city streets, roomy for my purposes and comfortable. Pick up and drop off were easy.

I don't think the price dropped at all, but it was an easy way to make the booking.

I was expecting to get Hyundai accent, but they gave me a compact Suzuki. But overall great experience.

The car was dirty upon pickup and we had to return to the office twice to have the outside then the inside of the front windshield recleaned as we were unable to safely drive the vehicle in the condition we picked it up. The rear view mirror fell off twice. We were reimbursed the cost of the extra driver by Alamo on return.

Like: The guy at pick up gave me a free upgrade, the car was fantastic and economical.
Dislike: I liked everything no bullshit.. Pick up good, drop off good.. All good... Will use next time I'm in Wellington... Trust you have branches in Auckland, Christchurch etc...
