Easy peasy

Friendly and detailed at the rental counter, but extremely poor vehicle service

The pick-up station was difficult to find. I spent an 1:40 waiting to get my rental. It was a KIA instead of a Toyota Camry. Even though I paid in advance, I was charged the initial booking fee plus the additions (fuel fill, EZ Pass), plus a $200 deposit. The email provided after turn-in showed 672 miles and 1/4 tank of gas. That is pretty amazing gas mileage as I did not put any fuel into the car.

The staff was excellent esp Zahid (backend) and Curtis at front desk. First Silver Lacrosse we got had more than a dozen dings and was in poor shape from the outside. Second Red lacrosse was better but both lacrosse sedans were missin steering adjustment switches. If they get fresher inventory they ll be five stars over all.

Véhicule propre et sans problème mécanique. prix bea5moins chère que d autres ( j ai économisé environ 350 dollars), les assurances en option + très bon prix ,ainsi que le passe voie rapide pour les routes express.

personnels efficaces et très gentils à l l'aeroport d orlando flotide (je ne parle pas anglais) et enregistrements en ligne facile, efficace et accepte plusieurs carte bancaire

Dislike: Put more agent at the desk, there were 2 or 3 instead of 5, when the lineup is so long.
