Budget was OK - Don't know why I was charged additional

I was happy with what I paid fair price.

Car had 34,000 miles and was worn, tired and had only mediocre AC in the Florida environment. Transmission did not work well either.

No issues here.

First I paid for Easyrentcars 460,47 Euro on the 24th of June. And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back. Budget were excellent and i couldn't fault the counter staff.

Got to the counter for collection was told there was no car, would we take another,l replied as long as it’s a soft top,was then told the car would be twenty minutes, Forty minutes later still no car,when I returned to the counter was told the car had not been returned yet, After a further thirty minutes the car turned up, No apologies no nothing just abruptly told your car is in bay whatever, We got to the car to find it had not been cleaned,the oil change light was on,the washer fluid needed filling, We filled the washer up ourselves, The car return was ok
