I would suggest that a separate counter be open for people that have already booked cars online and received the paperwork. (fast track) save the customer time and frustration after long flights. Quing for 40 - 50 mins then a further 20 mins at desk

Free upgrade due to the time taken to check out. Dealt with two staff / first was poor and abrupt - the second was a polar opposite!

Price drop worked well and saved an additional £30

First I paid for Easyrentcars 460,47 Euro on the 24th of June. And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back. Got to the counter for collection was told there was no car, would we take another,l replied as long as it’s a soft top,was then told the car would be twenty minutes, Forty minutes later still no car,when I returned to the counter was told the car had not been returned yet, After a further thirty minutes the car turned up, No apologies no nothing just abruptly told your car is in bay whatever, We got to the car to find it had not been cleaned,the oil change light was on,the washer fluid needed filling, We filled the washer up ourselves, The car return was ok

The booking process was easy

Worst service ever,the staff didn’t know what they were doing,we were in the queue for 40 mins and they wanted more money from me and was trying to get me to cancel the booking to rebook. Car had not been cleaned,full of scratches and I was told the car was orange it wasn’t it was blue.
