Beware of this shady company! The staff charged me for expensive insurance without informing me and tricked me into signing for it, which ended up being more expensive than the rental cost itself.
Excellent service, product, and options knowledge, as well very friendly especially the gentlemen who serviced us when we brought the Jeep back to the airport!

The car was great, easy on fuel and lots of space. So glad we picked a blue vehicle because it was easy to spot when we were out and about!
Counter person we dealt with at Thrifty was pushy with extra insurance that we didn't need. He was very abrupt and talked really fast. Don't appreciate that type of pressure or dismissive attitude when we politely declined.
