Staff at Europcar Manchester UK are superb. This is my second rental from this depot over the past three years and both times the staff were helpful, efficient, and honest.

Easyrentcars' website is easy to use and has useful filter options. The car details and types of insurance coverage are clearly stated -- MUCH better than most other car rental aggregator sites. I also like and have paid for Easyrentcars' "super protection" insurance option from a major global insurer (AXA) that is that is price competitive. Good peace of mind for those who are concerned about damaging tires, windshield, roof, etc not covered in traditional rental car "collision damage waiver". But keep in mind that you are liable to the rental company until the AXA insurance pays you back.

The car had exceeded my expectation as we are travelling in a group of 2 and we were given a huge car that does not consume too much fuel!

I didn't get the car I booked as they had 'overbooked'. It took over an hour to collect due to slow processes and being understaffed for the amount of collections due. Limited choice of cars left as they had overbooked. They said they couldn't even given us a partial refund as we booked with a voucher through easycar. I won't be using Europcar again.

The counter staff at Europcar was extremely helpful, friendly, and highly efficient. One of the best we heve ever met. The car exceeded our expectation too.
