The car was very new, but the staff at the counter kept pushing insurance, and it was extremely expensive, £50 per day.

I mistakenly chose an electric car, but I was worried about not finding charging stations on-site. There were no alternatives in the same price range, so I had to switch to an Audi Q2 and pay an additional 1560. Adding that to the original 2522 makes a total of 4082, which comes to 1360 per day. That's a bit expensive.

Satisfied, no aggressive insurance upselling.

There were many counters when I arrived to get a ticket and wait in line.

Really disappointed with Europcar. Was told on arrival that they only have a Vauxhall Mokka, rather than the Qashqai. "Offered" an upgrade to an XC90, at just £90 per day as my choice wasn't available. Then offered a mercedes at an extra 50 per day. Still wanted my choice but was told the Mokka is the same. It definitely is not
