Pick up was great - even though my flight was 3 hours late and I arrived at the pick up after 11pm the guy was great. He had been keeping an eye on my flight and nothing was too much trouble for him. Drop off was different. The girl checked the petrol and mileage and told me everything was ok. I asked for a receipt to say that I had handed the car over - she said it wasn't necessary and that I would receive an email. I am still waiting.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. However, they kept insisting I buy various insurances, which I didn't. Also, they told me I had opted for prepaid fuel, allowing me to return the car with an empty tank, but I had no idea about this. When I returned it, there was still over 100 miles worth of fuel left, and they charged me £90.74 for it, which is much more expensive than if I had refueled it myself, probably only about £65. Other than that, everything was smooth including picking up and returning the car.
