Staff were really friendly and helpful, returning the car was easy even though there were quite a lot of people in line.

The staff were alright, different people have different attitudes. Overall, not bad.

Picking up the car was a very unpleasant experience. After travelling for 15 hours and walking 15 minutes to the car rental facility with all of our luggage there was no order at the rental counter. There did not seem to be a line and everyone was crammed into the small space to rent cars. Took some time to find the kiosk to sign in to get a "number" but had to listen for our name to be called. Then it was high pressure to buy additional insurance which I did not want to buy. I had to argue with the woman at the counter to decline the insurance. It took more than an hour to get the car. Thankfully, drop off was quick and easy.
