Hertz is indeed reliable. A day before renting, I switched from Thrifty to this major company. The pickup process was quick, and although the car model differed, it was a smooth and pleasant drive. Quite impressive.

This store is excellent, they won't fuss even if you return the car half an hour late.

Warm and friendly service even late at night.

The handsome salesman was very helpful. We had mistakenly booked a 2-door economy Nissan for three adults, one child, and five suitcases. When we arrived at the store, he offered to let us see the car first, and then surprised us by upgrading us to a larger Hyundai Elantra for free. Amazing!
